Planning Direction

Specus Village should use a hybrid cluster model with a central commons.

The Village should scale by adding small clusters, not by creating long rows of houses or a conventional subdivision.

Product Ladder

The Village system can also be sold in smaller parts:

1. one standalone home
2. home + infrastructure package
3. micro glamping package
4. mini village package
5. full Village system

This lets Specus sell homes now while using full Village projects as proof environments for the larger system.
