Conduct a deep research study to create an infrastructure object catalogue for compact settlements.

Context:
Specus Village may scale from 1 home to 100 homes. We need to understand not only houses, but infrastructure objects: common house, pavilion, storage, laundry, water, energy, service yard, workshop, emergency hub, greenhouse, animal shelter, parking, reception, cafe, coworking, etc.

Goal:
Create a practical catalogue of infrastructure objects for compact settlements.

For each object, provide:
1. Name.
2. Function.
3. Minimum scale where it becomes useful.
4. Whether it is required, optional, premium, or future.
5. CAPEX category.
6. OPEX / staffing implications.
7. Space requirement if available.
8. Dependencies.
9. Risks.
10. Examples / references.

Group by:
- 1 home
- 2-5 homes
- 6-10 homes
- 11-20 homes
- 21-35 homes
- 36-60 homes
- 60-100 homes

Include at least:
- 10 essential infrastructure objects
- 20 optional / growth objects
- 10 premium / identity objects
- 10 resilience / emergency objects

Output:
Save / export the result as a Markdown file named:
DR-SV-27_Infrastructure_Object_Catalogue.md

The Markdown file must include:
- infrastructure catalogue table
- scale matrix
- minimum viable infrastructure set
- do-not-build-too-early list
- Specus Village recommendations
- source links
- confidence levels
