Conduct a deep research study on failures, controversies and anti-patterns in compact settlements, eco-villages, cohousing, tiny home communities, intentional communities, glamping resorts and small residential communities.

Context:
Specus Village must avoid naive utopianism. We need to know why small communities fail: governance, money, maintenance, legal problems, interpersonal conflict, unclear ownership, poor infrastructure, bad location, overpromising, weak operations, and unrealistic food/autonomy claims.

Research:
Find 20-30 examples or documented patterns of failure / partial failure / controversy.

For each, analyze:
1. What was promised?
2. What failed?
3. Was the failure legal, financial, operational, social, architectural, ecological, or marketing-related?
4. What early warning signs were visible?
5. What would have reduced the risk?
6. What should Specus Village learn?

Include:
- failed intentional communities
- problematic eco-villages
- tiny home community legal issues
- resort / rental pool disputes
- HOA or community governance conflicts
- agriculture or self-sufficiency overpromising
- maintenance failures
- access / infrastructure failures

Output:
Save / export the result as a Markdown file named:
DR-SV-25_Failures_And_Anti_Patterns.md

The Markdown file must include:
- executive summary
- failure pattern map
- severity ranking
- red flag checklist
- do-not-promise list
- governance lessons
- operational lessons
- trust architecture recommendations
- source links
- confidence levels
